While at Tasman Studios I created interface designs for a variety game features and ideated new game play concepts.
The game challenges students with a wide range of business decision making and planning scenarios, and guides the development of ethical and socially responsible business practices.
Students set up their virtual business and make tough decisions to keep their business alive. Buying stock, setting prices, exploring advertising avenues, borrowing money, hiring staff, checking market news and try to keep their bank account balanced.
Each task in the game is designed to generate discussion in the class and all of the activities have learning outcomes that students can be awarded NCEA credits.
