Hello there, my name is Ingrid Trollope and I’m an Interactive designer from New Zealand now based in London, England.

I currently I work at the BBC in the Future Media & Technology Design team as a User Experience Designer.

Previously I worked at Mind Candy as a Interactive Designer on Moshi Monsters an interactive online project aimed at the youth market. Mind Candy previously developed one of the first commercial Alternate Reality Games (ARGs) Perplex City.

Before that I worked in various new media & web design agencies in New Zealand. Including an Interactive Designer position at Intergen, a software development company. And at Tasman Studios as a Senior Digital Designer.

I have a Bachelor of Design, majoring in Interactive Design, from Massey University’s School of Design in Wellington.

I also have much experience contracting and consulting via my company, Trumpet Design.

Personal Statement
‘With an infatuation for interactive media, I love working in the area between geekiness and creativity. I enjoy many areas of design and am driven by a passion to create entertaining and useful experiences for both companies and individuals.’

    Before this I was at BSkyB in the Research & Concept Development team as a Senior Designer.

    Earlier, I spent two wonderful years employed at the BBC in the Future Media & Technology Design team as a Visual/UX and Interactive TV Designer.
